Weight Loss
I am on track again with my weight loss. Started last Sunday and have lost 5 pounds. Am determined to stick with it this time, I need the energy for two grandsons. Will be glad when it is warm enough to walk outside. The city is putting in a walking track at the bottom of the hill from our house, so it will be close. We walked it in the fall and it was pretty rough, hopefully they will do some work on it when it warms up.
